For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of serving as a firefighter.
Every shift begins long before the first emergency call. We inspect every truck, every tool, and every piece of equipment. We document it. We maintain it. We verify it's ready when it's needed.
That mindset never left the fire station. It changed how I look at everything I own.
